Make Up Policy

You may make up for your missed class in another class that is not full and that is of the same or lower level and value. This option must be exercised within the same term in which payment applies.

Priority will always be given to students who have registered for the class or have paid for drop-in. In the event that make-up students exceed the available poles in the class, it will be on first-come-first-serve basis, i.e. make-up student(s) arriving later will be asked to leave, no reservations allowed. Make-up student’s arrival timing will be determined by their reporting time to instructor conducting the class.

It is recommended that students arrange a swop with another student who is missing their lesson to secure their chance of making up in a full class; this can be done via our Telegram group “Slap Talk”.
